INITIAL CONSULT

A comprehensive 60-minute initial consult that includes: 

• A review of your health history, lifestyle, dietary intake and restrictions.
  

• A  Personalized Nutrition Plan based on what we both agree will work best in your life, which may include macros, food groups, food additions or limits, menus, and/or journaling, as well as tips to help you succeed.
  

• An exercise and stress reduction plan.
  

• A review of your current Vitamin/minerals and Supplements, as well as recommendations.
  

• And any other helpful nutrition information you will need. 

TOTAL COST: $150 (If you have Aetna, Cigna, or Oscar, this fee is usually covered).

All sessions are via secure, HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.

If you have Cigna, Aetna, or Oscar insurance, please click the PAY WITH INSURANCE link below. This will take you to my third-party HIPPA compliant site. Your visit will likely be covered minus a small co-pay.

Otherwise, click SELF-PAY. Since I am a professional RDN provider, you can request a Superbill to submit to your medical insurance for possible reimbursement.
