Average weight loss is ½ to 2 pounds a week.

 

WEEK ONE 

  • We will begin with an Initial Comprehensive Telehealth Consult.

    • We will review your health history, medications, supplements, food intake, exercise/activity, and lifestyle (stress, sleep, work).

    • Then we will work together to create attainable goals for your

      • Personalized nutrition plan 

      • Exercise/activity plan

      • Lifestyle (stress/sleep) plan

      • Vitamin/mineral/supplement recommendations, if needed

  • BONUS! You will also receive: 

    • 5-day menu with recipes, shopping lists, and substitutions.


FOLLOWING WEEKS
 

  • Weekly check-ins 

    • For the next weeks, we will have weekly check-ins to help motivate, support, and encourage you on your journey to success.

All sessions are via secure, HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.

Since I am a professional RDN provider, you can request a Superbill to submit to your medical insurance for possible reimbursement.
