We will begin with an Initial Comprehensive Telehealth Consult.
We will review your health history, medications, supplements, food intake, exercise/activity, and lifestyle (stress, sleep, work).
Then we will work together to create attainable goals for your

Vitamin/mineral/supplement recommendations, if needed

Weekly check-ins
For the next three weeks, we will have weekly check-ins to help motivate, support, and encourage you on your journey to success.
