Post-Workout Blueberry Almond Smoothie
Makes 1 : 300 calories, 16g protein, 12g fat, 38g carbs
Ingredients
1 small banana
½ cup blueberries
1 Tbsp almond butter
½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
½ cup raw spinach
½ Tbsp ground flax
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides, unflavored
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse until well blended. Add ice if you like it more frozen, or water if you like it thinner.
Can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer for 1 day.
