Halloween Recipes
Halloween is a perfect time for a little fun in the kitchen! This is a time when we can be anything and what better time to ignite creativity than at Halloween. Invite your fam to cook with you, and have a ghoulish good time!
Witches Cauldron of Spooky Spinach Dip
We chose not to dye our bread black as the recipe suggests. Although whatever color that would make your teeth may be all the costume you need!
Witches Brew Cheesy Spinach Soup
by Every Day Annie
So freaking good and so easy to prepare! It’s warm, potato-y, cheese-y and and chock full of spinach. Doesn’t taste healthy, but it is! I'm definitely making this all winter long.
Carrot Quinoa Pepper Jacks
from SpaBettie
These are fun for the whole family to carve, not to mention healthy and delish before everyone overdoses on chocolate. Instead of making my own juice as the recipe suggests, I cheated and used Naked Orange Carrot Juice and the result was spooktacular!
Ghostly S’mores Dip
If trick-and-treating offers you nothing but a rock, then this super easy treat is for you! (I want Charlie Brown to come to my house! I’ll fill his pillowcase with all the good candy, and give him a big ole hug!)
12 oz bag Chocolate Chips
10 oz bag Marshmallows
Mini Chocolate Chips
Graham Crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the bottom.
Top with marshmallows. My teenage son really got in the spooky spirit by cutting them into ghost shapes and giving them mini-chocolate chip eyeballs.
Bake 5-10 minutes until chocolate softens and marshmallows brown.
Dip graham crackers in and enjoy!
